Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of toast
- 4 slices of roast beef
- 100 g arugula
- Butter (tomato butter)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread all slices of toast with tomato butter, season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, place washed and patted dry arugula leaves on 4 slices of toast, place roast beef slices on top of the arugula leaves, and place the remaining 4 slices on top. Trim the edges and cut the slices into small triangles. Finger food for Prosecco
