Transylvanian Soup in Loaf of Bread

The perfect transylvanian soup in loaf of bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Beef from the leg slice
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Potatoes
  • Fresh celery
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 100 ml Bread drink
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 cups Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegeta spice
  1. Bring the beef to the boil in the water and in the meantime finely dice the vegetables. When the meat is already a bit tender, add the diced celery and carrots. As soon as these are cooked, add the potatoes as well. When the potatoes are done, add the peppers.
  2. Then season the soup with salt, pepper and a little Vegeta. When everything is done, mix an egg yolk with vinegar and add to the soup. Also add the cream and bread drink to the soup. Bring everything to the boil again and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the soup before serving.
