Trevisor with Gorgonzola and Red Wine Pear
The perfect trevisor with gorgonzola and red wine pear recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dressing
- 100 ml Cream
- 50 g Gorgonzola
- 1 shot Worcester sauce
- Salt and pepper
Red wine pear
- 2 Pears
- 1 piece Cinnamon stick
- 1 Star anise
- 5 Cloves
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Red wine

- 100 g Gorgonzola

- Clean, roughly cut and wash the Trevisor.
dressing
- Make a dressing to the Gorgonzola with a fork, mash the cream and stir everything together, season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Red wine pear
- For the red wine pear, cut the pear in half, peel it and cut out the core. Bring as much red wine to the boil that the pear is covered with the spices, then add the pear and soften the pear. You can do it an hour earlier because the pear should be cold.
Serving
- Spread the salad on a plate, drizzle the dressing over it, place the pears at the beginning and end. In the middle the Gorgonzola
