Tricolore vegetable noodle pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 zucchini
  • 300 g Tricolore pasta
  • salt water
  • some oil
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • nutmeg
  • Parsley, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, dice the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini. Heat the oil in a pan or saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent, then add the vegetables after a while. Season the crème fraîche with the spices and stir into the vegetables. Add the drained pasta. Stir everything thoroughly and then add the tomato paste. Mix everything together again, let it sit for a moment, and then serve.
