Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 240 g sugar
- 480 g milk
- 480 g cream
- Syrup, Tritop concentrate woodruff (3 caps)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Milk ice cream
Whisk eggs and milk in a saucepan until frothy. While stirring constantly, add sugar. Heat the mixture until thickened (about 10 minutes). The mixture should stick to the whisk. Then let it cool. Once completely cooled, add the cream. Finally, transfer everything to the ice cream maker and, at the very end, add 3 capfuls of woodruff syrup. Of course, this recipe can also be prepared with all other Tritop flavors.
