Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g mixed fruits (tropical fruit mix, frozen)
  • 500 ml yogurt
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The fastest ice cream in the world!

Place the frozen fruit in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the yogurt (well chilled) and maple syrup and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture among four dessert bowls and garnish as desired. If not ready to serve, please store in the freezer immediately.
