Tropical pineapple drink

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g pineapple, diced
  • 3 cl grapefruit juice
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • ⅛ liter buttermilk
  • 3 ice cubes
  • ½ slice(s) pineapple, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with buttermilk and coconut flakes

Blend all ingredients with a hand blender or food processor. Add ice cubes to a glass and pour the drink. Place a pineapple slice around the rim of the glass. Tip: You can also use canned pineapple for this.
