Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • 2 oranges
  • 250 g yogurt, maybe a little more, as needed
  • 2 handfuls of dandelion (leaves)
  • Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the apples, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a larger container. Peel the oranges, remove the white pith, and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the apples. Blend the finely sliced ​​dandelion leaves, apples, and oranges with a hand blender. Add the yogurt and continue blending. Top up with apple juice until the drink is creamy and smooth. Sweeten with honey to taste. Blend again. Serve cold.
