Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp water, hot
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g trout fillet(s), smoked
- 4 eggs
- 6 tbsp cream
- 50 g crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Knead the ingredients into a dough and let it rest for about 2 hours. Then roll it out and place it in a 26 cm springform pan. Chop the trout fillets and mix well with the other ingredients. Spread the topping over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-225 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
