Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs, organic
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- 1 dash of cream
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp, heaped parsley
- 1 tsp, heaped chives
- 1 tsp, heaped arugula
- 1 slice(s) farmer’s bread
- 1 small piece(s) of butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Whisk the eggs with the cream and truffle oil. Heat the butter in a pan and add the egg mixture. Let it set, stirring occasionally with a fork. Once the desired consistency is reached, crack the egg onto the buttered bread. Sprinkle the chopped herbs one at a time over the egg, creating three flavor zones. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
