Scrambled eggs with crab

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives in rolls or basil leaves
  • 300 g crab
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 tsp paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add chives or basil leaves and stir over low heat until the mixture thickens. Stir in the crab and serve on slices of toast.
