Tuna and Salmon Tartare on Bed of Green Lettuce

Ingredients
 

For the tuna tartare:

  • 400 g Tuna sushi quality
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 5 Pc. Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Pc. Red chilli
  • 1 pinch Sesame

For the salmon tartare:

  • 400 g Salmon sushi quality
  • 1 Pc. Ripe avocado
  • 1 Pc. Lime
  • 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

For the salad:

  • 1 packet Lamb's lettuce
  • Olive oil
  • 0,5 Pc. Lime
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

For the tuna tartare:

  • Cut the tuna into small cubes. Chop the spring onion, finely dice the chilli.
  • Mix the fish with spring onions, chilli, sesame oil, soy sauce and salt. Serve with sesame seeds to serve.

For the salmon tartare:

  • Cut the salmon, avocado and chilli pepper into small cubes and place everything in a bowl.
  • Mix with salt, olive oil and the juice of the lime.

For the salad:

  • Mix the lettuce with a good dash of olive oil, the juice of half a lime and the salt and drape both tartars on top for serving.
