Salmon Fillet on Bed of Lettuce
The perfect salmon fillet on bed of lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Bed of lettuce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- Olive oil
- Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 Lemon
- 4 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 Leaf lettuce
- 8 Radish
- 60 g Yogurt
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Dried coriander
- Sugar
- For the fish marinade, grate the lemon peel and squeeze out the juice and add both to the olive oil – also mix in the chilli flakes, pepper, mirin and soy sauce. Now soak the fish in it for a good hour – preferably with the skin side up.
- Drain the marinade (set aside) and fry the salmon on the skin side for 2-3 minutes – meanwhile sprinkle with sesame seeds. Turn carefully and fry again for 1-2 minutes.
Bed of lettuce
- Clean and wash the salad and pour it into ice water. Cut the radishes into thin slices. Put the fish marinade in a pan and reduce. Mix with yogurt, mustard and rice vinegar and season with salt, pepper, sugar and coriander.
- While the fish is cooking, arrange the salad and dressing on plates.
