Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 550 g tuna
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ bunch chives
  • Soy sauce
  • 3 avocados
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 lime(s), juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 10 g wasabi
  • Sprouts
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g Parmesan, shaved

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes

Chop the tuna, spring onion, and chives and place everything in a bowl. Now add olive oil, soy sauce, and lime juice to taste, and season with salt and pepper. Repeat with the avocados. Chop all ingredients, add olive oil and lime juice, and season again with salt and pepper (do not use soy sauce here). For the Parmesan cookies, place the shaved Parmesan cheese on a round baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 8 minutes. For the wasabi cream, mix the crème fraîche with the wasabi and season with salt and pepper to taste.
