Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), finely diced
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Served with rice and a light sauce flavored with dill

Drain the tuna. Knead it with the onion, breadcrumbs, and eggs until it forms a pliable mass. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and form into six flat patties. Fry on both sides in a little oil over low heat. Serve with rice and a light dill-flavored sauce or remoulade.
