Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can of tuna
- 250 g pasta (capellini)
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 50 g cream
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 350 g leek
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red
- Garlic
- lemon(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
for a quick snack, also with spaghetti
Cut the leek into slices of about 1 cm and rinse thoroughly. Then slice into rings. Finely dice the onion. Sauté the leek and onions in oil in a pan. Add the vegetable stock and cream and simmer gently. Now add the pasta according to the package instructions. Season the leek with salt and pepper. Then add the drained tuna and heat through the tuna. Once the pasta is ready, serve it on a plate with the leek and tuna sauce. Garnish with parsley. If you like, add finely chopped garlic to the sauce along with the onions and a squeeze of lemon to the tuna.
