Tuna casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • 4 onions
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 300 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 250 g Edam cheese (30% fat)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta until slightly al dente. Slice the onions into very thin rings and grate the Edam cheese. Mix all ingredients except half of the Edam cheese together and place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle the rest of the Edam cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is browned. Serve with a green salad marinated in lemon juice.
