Tortellini casserole with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g ham (cooked ham)
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 100 g cheese, grated (e.g. Gouda)
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • Herbs (of Provence)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

This tortellini casserole is very easy to prepare and simply needs to be placed in the preheated oven. Cook the tortellini until al dente. Meanwhile, mix a sauce from the milk and crème fraîche. Dice the cooked ham and add it to the sauce. Grate the Gouda cheese and mix it in. Drain the tuna well and add it to the sauce. Season with tomato paste, freshly ground pepper, salt, Provençal herbs, and garlic. Drain the tortellini well and toss with the sauce. Transfer everything to a casserole dish and bake on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes.
