Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 chili peppers from the jar, e.g. Piri-Piri

Chop the chilies. Gently mix all the ingredients together; you don’t want a mush. Tip: Serve with tacos.
