Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cans of tuna, each approx. 140 g
- 1 jar antipasti in oil (vegetables)
- 1 handful of olives, green and with pepper filling
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- some chili, dried or fresh
- some spice mix, Italian
- olive oil
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- some Parmesan, freshly grated
Instructions

Roughly chop the onions, finely dice the garlic cloves, and sauté both in olive oil in a pan. Cook the pasta as usual until al dente. Chop the antipasti and olives. Add the tuna to the onions, heat through, and season with salt, pepper, chili, and the Italian seasoning. If desired, add a dash of olive oil to prevent the mixture from becoming too dry. Just before the pasta is done, stir the parsley into the tuna mixture. Drain the pasta, toss it immediately with the tuna mixture, and serve sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
