Tuna ragout

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 can of tomatoes, approx. 400g
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • lemon juice
  • 1 can of tuna in oil, approx. 165 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, peel and finely chop the onions, then fry them in hot oil until translucent. Then add the tomatoes and oregano and simmer for about 5 minutes. Finally, add the drained tuna pieces to the sauce and stir until heated through. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve with pasta.
