Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g rice
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Milk
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice until tender, drain, and let cool. Finely chop the bell peppers. Finely dice the onion. Drain and chop the tuna. Place everything in a bowl and make a dressing with mayonnaise, a little milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in a little parsley, if desired, and sprinkle over the top for garnish. It tastes best chilled.
