Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 small tomatoes
- 3 small gherkins
- 50 g rice (dry)
- 4 tbsp, spread mayonnaise (reduced fat)
- some cucumber juice
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
light salad quickly prepared
Cook the rice. Drain the tuna thoroughly. Finely dice the onions, gherkins, and tomatoes. Whisk the mayonnaise with a splash of the cucumber juice until creamy and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the tomatoes, gherkins, and onions. Mix with the tuna and the cooked rice.
