Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 2 gherkins
- 1 large onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Cucumber juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the tuna in a bowl with the oil and chop the tuna. Chop the tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and gherkin and add. Pour in a dash of gherkin juice and season with salt and pepper. A delicious salad that’s always a hit with us. Quick to prepare, ideal for barbecue season.
