Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 500 g bell pepper(s), green, diced
  • 3 small cans of tomatoes
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • curry powder
  • Sugar
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Quick pasta sauce

Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and sauté. Add the garlic and tuna and season with herbs and spices to taste. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes with their juices. Season with crème fraîche and simmer for about 25-30 minutes. Season again to taste. Serve with pasta of your choice or rice.
