Tuna Tartare with Wasabi Cream

Tuna fillet

  • 250 g Tuna fillet sushi quality
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly diced cucumber

Wasabi cream

  • 2,5 teaspoon Wasabi horseradish powder

Tuna Tartar

  1. Rinse off the tuna, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into small cubes. Chop the clove of garlic and hot peppers. Dice the shallot and the cucumber. Mix these ingredients with the lime zest, cress, olive oil and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 1 hour.

Wasabi cream

  1. Mix the wasabi horseradish powder with the cream cheese and let it rest for 1 hour.
