Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Tuna canned drained natural without oil
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Remoulade
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt, white pepper
  • Chive rings
  • 35 g Capers

Instructions
 

  • Drain the tuna well and chop it up with a fork, chop the onion very finely, boil the eggs hard and cut them into cubes with an egg cutter. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl with a fork. Drain the capers, finely chop and fold in. Vigorously stir in the tartar sauce, mayonnaise and creme fraiche, season with salt and pepper. Finally fold in the chives.
  • 2nd tip: If you have a Thermomix, you can drop all the ingredients (except for the chives) on the running knife, so you can save yourself the chopping, and finally use the turbo button to process the whole thing into a fine tuna cream.
