Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g tuna (sushi quality)
- 3 tbsp, heaped wild garlic, the stalks of which
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 dashes fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sauce (sesame sauce, dark)
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Finely chop the wild garlic stalks, celery, and spring onion. Finely dice the tuna with a knife. Mix all ingredients well and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
