Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the corn, egg, and flour well, season, and place a tablespoonful of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening slightly. Fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown, turn, and fry for another 3 minutes. Serve with herb curd, tomato salad, fried bacon, crème fraîche, or whatever you fancy!
