Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast in one piece
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 500 g leaf spinach
- 1 buffalo mozzarella
- Butter for the mold
- ¼ liter béchamel sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with fresh leaf spinach
Cook the turkey breast in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Then remove, drain, and cut into thin slices across the grain. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Trim, sort, and thoroughly wash the spinach. While still dripping wet, place it in a saucepan and let it wilt with the lid on. Drain the spinach and let it drain well. Slice the mozzarella. Grease a round ovenproof dish with butter and line it with the spinach. Place the meat on top, season with salt and pepper, top with mozzarella, and pour over the béchamel sauce. Bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes.
