Greek-style meatloaf from the microwave

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g minced meat, unseasoned, type to taste
  • 1 egg(s) (save some egg whites)
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp milk (to soak the breadcrumbs)
  • 1 tsp, leveled stock, granulated (or season with salt)
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), pressed
  • pepper
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese, diced
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the ground beef with the egg, soaked breadcrumbs, granulated broth, chopped onion, and garlic. Season with pepper, thyme, and oregano. Carefully stir in the feta cheese cubes. Pour the meat mixture into a Tupperware Ultra Plus 1.9-liter casserole dish or a silicone king cake pan. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with paprika. Cook for 15 minutes at 600 watts with the lid on. Then drain off any meat juices or fat and cook uncovered for another 5 minutes at 600 watts.
