Turkey Fillet with Leek Risotto
The perfect turkey fillet with leek risotto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Turkey breast fillet
- 150 g Parmesan
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 100 g Butter
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 500 g Risotto rice
- Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry.
- Fry in a pan and season.

- Clean and chop the leek.
Risotto
- Put some butter in a saucepan, do not let it get too hot.
- Add the risotto and stir until translucent.
- Then gradually pour the broth over the top and keep stirring until the risotto slowly becomes thick. The risotto must simmer very gently.
