Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Turkey breast fillet
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Medium carrot
  • 3 Shallots chopped
  • 2 Chopped tomatoes
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped basil
  • 1 pinch Pimento
  • 2 tsp Orange pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Red wine
  • 40 ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Food starch

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat into 4 pieces of meat. Knock, salt and pepper.
  • Chop the vegetables and herbs and coarsely puree them in the blender. Brush the meat cloth with their mixture, roll and fix with thread.
  • Heat the oil in a roaster and fry the rolls on all sides. Deglaze with broth and red wine. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Turn occasionally. Then take the meat rolls out of the brat. Mix the cream with the starch. So that the gravy binds into a sauce and briefly boil. Put the rolls back in the sauce.
