Ingredients
- 600 g Turkey breast fillet

- 1 pinch Pimento
- 2 tsp Orange pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Red wine
- 40 ml Cream
- 1 tbsp Food starch
Instructions
- Cut the meat into 4 pieces of meat. Knock, salt and pepper.
- Chop the vegetables and herbs and coarsely puree them in the blender. Brush the meat cloth with their mixture, roll and fix with thread.
- Heat the oil in a roaster and fry the rolls on all sides. Deglaze with broth and red wine. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Turn occasionally.
