  • 750 g turkey steak(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 nectarine(s), cut into pieces
  • 200 ml chili sauce (sweet chili sauce)
  • Salt
  • curry powder

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Line the Dutch oven (here, ft3) with bacon. Reserve two slices for the top. Layer the curry- and salt-seasoned meat with the sliced ​​leek and mushrooms in the pot, alternating layers. Spread the sliced ​​nectarine and the sauce on top. Cover with the remaining bacon. Braise in a preheated oven on the lowest rack for about 2 hours, either with a charcoal distribution of 6/9 or with 170°C (340°F) top/bottom heat.
