- 2 Turkey legs about 900 grams
- 2 Carrots
- 0,25 piece Fresh celery
- 1 Onion
- 1 Apple
- 1 tablespoon Grains of paradise
- Coarse pepper

- 0,5 liter Liquid poultry broth
- Wash the turkey legs and dry again, season well with salt and pepper. Peel and dice the vegetables, core and roughly dice the apple, peel and roughly dice the onion.
