Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g turkey liver
- 500 g gherkins
- 2 onions
- some fat for frying
- some flour
- some sauce thickener
- 1 piece(s) butter
- possibly cucumber juice

quick and tasty
Cut the liver into pieces, dice the onions, and add them to the liver. Brown both in hot fat, then season with salt. Add a small knob of butter and let it foam. Sprinkle some flour over it and stir through. Dice the gherkins and add them, let them stand for 5 minutes. Stir in a little thickener, adding more gherkin liquid if desired. We like it best with mashed potatoes.
