Turkey quiche

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 350 g sour cream
  • 250 g turkey meat
  • some pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 spring onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp herbs, chopped (e.g. oregano, marjoram, parsley, rosemary, thyme)
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat: 180°C) and grease a 26cm springform pan. Knead the flour with the butter, 1 teaspoon of salt, the Parmesan cheese, and 120g of sour cream. Press the dough into the pan with your hands. Cut the turkey meat into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and fry in oil for about 5 minutes. Trim and wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them. Add the spring onions, tomatoes, and herbs to the meat, and stir in the remaining sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the dough over the dough and bake the quiche in the center of the oven for 55 minutes.
