Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tbsp pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • ½ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a small saucepan, whisk the egg, sugar, pudding powder, vanilla sugar, and flavoring with the milk until smooth. Bring to a boil, cover with plastic wrap, and let cool. Note: The plastic wrap should be placed directly over the sauce to prevent a skin from forming.
