Ingredients
 

Spice up :

  • Sweet paprika
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

breading:

  • 4 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 Pc. Egg whisked
  • 100 g Coarsely ground hazelnut

roast meat :

  • 2 piece Clarified butter

Garnish :

  • 200 g Pom poms e.g. Mc Cain
  • 0,5 Can Corn grains
  • 60 g Yellow peppers
  • 60 g Red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley

Instructions
 

Purchasing:

  • Potato balls: Mc Cain Pom Poms is available from Edeka or No Name from Aldi

Paprika :

  • I once again cut leftovers into cubes, frozen them, which I add to when needed.

Fresh turkey schnitzel:

  • Season, flour, pull through the beaten egg and hazelnuts. Bake in clarified butter (gently) for about 15 minutes.

Potato balls :

  • Place on a baking tray, brown in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 18 min.

Corn :
