Moni’s Pancakes
The perfect moni’s pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pc. Free range eggs
- 0,5 l Low fat milk
- 12 tbsp Flour to taste
- 1 Pc. Vanilla flavor
- 1 Pc. Bourbon vanilla sugar
- Iodized sea salt
- Rapeseed oil
- Beat the flour with the eggs, vanilla sugar, vanilla flavor and milk until smooth and season with a pinch of salt.
- Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in the pan and add approx. 2 tablespoons of batter to the pan, smooth evenly into a round buffer and bake gold yellow.
- Applesauce, Nutella and various jams, which can then be spread on the pancake, can be served as a side dish.
