Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with mushroom, spinach, ham and cheese filling
Thaw the spinach leaves, squeeze out some of the excess water, and chop finely. Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper, fry briefly on both sides in a pan with a little oil, remove from the pan, and set aside. For the filling, add the sliced mushrooms to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and sauté briefly. Then add the spinach, ham, and garlic and sauté briefly. Allow everything to cool slightly, then mix in the cheese. Unroll the puff pastry rolls and cut each one in half to make four rectangles. Place the fried turkey cutlets on each rectangle of puff pastry, spread the filling over them, fold the puff pastry over them, and press down firmly. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with the beaten egg, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes. We like to serve this with potatoes and rice or simply a salad as a side dish.
