Turkey schnitzel in white wine sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • 4 tbsp sweet cream
  • 125 ml white wine, not too dry
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • some salt
  • some pepper white
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp dried marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Briefly rinse the schnitzels and pat them dry. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the schnitzels until golden brown on both sides, then season with salt, white pepper, and paprika. Remove the schnitzels from the pan and set aside, covered with aluminum foil. Now pour the wine into the pan and bring to a boil. Then add the stock cubes and marjoram and bring back to a boil briefly. Finally, stir in the cream. Delicious with cooked rice or spaetzle (Zabler).
