Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g turkey meat
- 100 g bacon, cut into strips (approx. 1/2 cm thick)
- 2 bell peppers, of your choice
- 1 pair of sausages (Frankfurter or Berner sausages)
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp soup powder
- ⅛ liter of water
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 125 g rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
First, add the rice. Then, cut the turkey into 2-3 cm cubes. Cut the bacon, bell peppers, onions, and sausages roughly the same size as the meat. Then, alternate them on four skewers. Always ensure that there is at least one piece of bacon next to each piece of meat (this makes the meat more flavorful and prevents it from becoming dry). Season the skewers with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sear the skewers on all sides. Then, briefly fry the ketchup. Then deglaze with water and season with soup mix, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve everything together.
