Turkey Souvlaki

The perfect turkey souvlaki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Turkey breast
  • 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Greek herbs (thyme, oregano, basil, lemon balm, sage, nane)
  • Sweet paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Olive oil for frying
  1. Cut the turkey breast into 2 cm thick slices. Mix a marinade from the pressed garlic cloves and the remaining ingredients and marinate the turkey pieces in it (ideally for several hours).
  2. Then put the pieces of meat on skewers and fry them in olive oil or on the grill until crispy.
