Turkey Souvlaki
The perfect turkey souvlaki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Turkey breast
- 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Greek herbs (thyme, oregano, basil, lemon balm, sage, nane)
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Olive oil for frying
- Cut the turkey breast into 2 cm thick slices. Mix a marinade from the pressed garlic cloves and the remaining ingredients and marinate the turkey pieces in it (ideally for several hours).
- Then put the pieces of meat on skewers and fry them in olive oil or on the grill until crispy.
