Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 steak(s), turkey
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix the spices and herbs together. Mix the tomato paste, olive oil, and lemon juice together. Rinse the turkey steaks, pat dry, and place them in the roasting bag. Add the spice mix and shake gently to distribute the mixture well. Add the tomato paste, olive oil, and lemon juice and shake gently again. Close the roasting bag tightly to allow the steam inside to escape. Place the bag sideways on a cold baking tray and cook on the lowest shelf in a preheated oven at 200°C (175°C fan-assisted) for 30 minutes. Once the cooking time is over, carefully cut open the roasting bag with scissors and serve the turkey steaks. Serve with peas, carrots, and boiled potatoes.
