Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 small chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme or some oregano
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 400 g turkey goulash
  • 1 red pointed pepper, cleaned and sliced
  • 3 carrots, cleaned and cut
  • 6 m.-sized potatoes, waxy, cleaned and cut
  • 200 ml tomato puree
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

One-pot

In a pot over high heat, sear the meat with olive oil, onions, garlic, chili, thyme, bay leaves, and paprika. Add the bell peppers, carrots, and potatoes and stir a few times to brown them. Add the tomato puree and salt and cover with hot water. Continue simmering over medium heat until the vegetables are tender. Serve with mixed bread. Tip: This dish also cooks well in the oven as a casserole dish.
