Turkey Strips Fried on Bed of Lettuce

The perfect turkey strips fried on bed of lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the meat:

  • 30 dkg Turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, colorful pepper and chilli from the mill

Salad:

  • 1 Pc. Leaf salads of your choice
  • 1 Pc. Fresh peppers
  • 1 Pc. Fresh tomato
  • 2 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, pepper from the mill to taste
  • Chopped garlic
  • 0,5 Pc. Onion red

The turkey breast:

  1. Wash the turkey breast, remove any tendons and cut into strips or cubes. Make a marinade from the olive oil and the spices and marinate the meat with it and let it steep for about 20 minutes.

The salad:

  1. Chop up the lettuce and wash it. Wash the tomato and bell pepper, remove the stalk and cut into small pieces. Peel and quarter the eggs.

Marinade for salad:

  1. Make a marinade from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.

The meat:

  1. Remove the turkey breast pieces from the marinade, drain them a little and fry them in a pan until crispy. May take 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Marinate the green salad with the marinade and place it nicely on a serving plate (see photo). Lay tomatoes, peppers and eggs decoratively. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings and serve on the salad.
  3. Place the meat on the left and right (I had a round platter) in nests. Scatter the grated Parmesan on top. At the table you can still season with salt and pepper. ENJOY THE MEAL!!!!
