Shrimps Fried on Bed of Lettuce

The perfect shrimps fried on bed of lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. King prawns
  • 1 Pc. Chopped garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 4 Pc. Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Pc. Tomato
  • 0,5 Pc. Chopped onion
  1. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake dry. Cut the tomato into corners. Peel and chop the onion.
  1. Wash the prawns and pat dry. Make a marinade of olive oil, salt, pepper and the chopped garlic and marinate the prawns with it. Heat a pan (without oil), remove the prawns from the marinade and fry them on both sides takes about 4-5 minutes.
  1. Put the lettuce leaves on a nice plate, put the tomatoes and the onion as well. Now season with salt. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Place the finished prawns on top. ENJOY THE MEAL
  1. I had a pesto with it.
