Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillet(s) – spring rolls 100g each (ready-made, from frozen)
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, raw approx. 310g, peeled, halved and finely sliced
- 5 kiwi(s), approx. 320g, peeled, halved and cut into very fine slices
- Salt
- Pepper, colorful
- possibly chili

unusual, but a culinary delight for those who like to experiment
Heat the oil in the first pan and cook the spring rolls according to the instructions. Heat the oil in the second pan over medium heat. Cook the sliced potatoes, turning frequently. Season, remove from the pan, and set aside. Now, over the same heat, cook the kiwi slices evenly on all sides. Add the potato slices, mix, and season again to taste. Place the potato and kiwi slices on a plate and arrange the spring rolls next to them. They taste best served hot.
