  • 500 g Turkey meat in fine strips
  • 2 Finely diced onions
  • 200 g Mushrooms cleaned in slices
  • 3 Eßl Tomato paste
  • Salt, pepper paprika noble sweet
  • 25 cl White wine
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch Spring onions in fine rings
  • 1 pole Leek in fine rings
  • 2 Carrots in cubes
  • 0,25 Celeriac in cubes
  • 1 yellow Thin strips of paprika
  • 1 Red Pointed peppers in fine strips
  • 2 Eßl Parsley frozen
  • 2 cups Cream
  • Smoothly stirred cornstarch to bind
  1. Fry the turkey strips and onions in clarified butter. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Remove pan from heat, add tomato paste and spices, mix everything well and pour in white wine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable stock and vegetables and let simmer for 15 minutes. Mix in the parsley and cream and thicken with the whisked cornstarch. With us there was also butter rice. ENJOY YOUR MEAL
